Hearing Instrument Specialist
Brittney Pearson joined our staff of hearing professionals in Iowa in 2011. She was trained as an audio technician to perform diagnostic testing for an ear, nose and throat specialist at Physicians Office Building West in Fort Dodge. While working in this capacity, she was taking coursework online through Nova Southeastern University to learn the skills required to work with hearing aids. In August of 2011, she took the state of Iowa test to become licensed as a hearing instrument specialist.
Prior to joining Hearing Unlimited, Brittney had received certification as a nursing assistant, and had worked at a nursing home in the Fort Dodge area.
Brittney does hearing testing as well as hearing aid dispensing, adjustments, and repairs in Iowa.
Randi Nichols
Patient Services Coordinator
Randi is recently married and lives in Carroll. She loves animals and has two dogs and lots of fish! Randi is the office manager and really enjoys meeting the patients and assisting them with whatever they need. In her free time she likes spending time with family and friends, reading and spending time outdoors, when the weather permits.
