My name is Kaitlyn Drilling. I graduated with my BA in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of South Dakota in May of 2024, and joined the Sound Decision team shortly after.
I am passionate about overcoming communication barriers and have found this line of work to be both rewarding and motivating. I enjoy playing my part in the process of helping people hear better, and I hope to continue my education in this field. When I am not working, you can usually find me enjoying live music or spending time with friends and family.

Based in her beloved hometown of Carroll, Iowa, Randi has built a reputation for her commitment to improving the lives of those with hearing challenges. Her passion for helping people is evident in her personalized approach to service, ensuring that each individual receives the care and attention they deserve. Outside of the office, Randi enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
